Design with Nature Now 道法自然進行式 ｜ 中譯版書籍設計

《Design with Nature Now》（中譯：道法自然進行式）是一本透過生態景觀設計與永續環境來探討關於人與自然關係的經典書籍，中譯版在設計上希望能呼應原文版，同時做出一點差別。

書封使用書中作品Laurel McSheery「格拉斯哥日光系列3號」做局部上光。透過某些角度才可以清楚看到圖形，景觀設計不一定很直觀的展現，卻充滿在我們生活中的每個角落，透過設計師的安排與規劃，使環境越來越好。書封選了自然紋路感很強的蒝織紙希望能更貼合書的內容性質。

Design with Nature Now is a seminal book exploring the relationship between humans and nature through ecological landscape design and sustainable environmental practices. The design of the Chinese edition aims to echo the original while introducing subtle distinctions.

The cover features a spot gloss detail using a work from the book—Laurel McSherry’s Sunlight in Glasgow No. 3. The image reveals itself only from certain angles, referencing how landscape design is often not overtly visible, yet embedded in the fabric of our everyday surroundings. Through thoughtful planning and intervention, designers help shape environments for the better.

The cover is printed on textured washi-style paper with a strong natural grain, reinforcing the book’s connection to nature and the organic qualities of the content within.
